Yoga and Cleansing as a Retreat in Thailand.
Experience and enjoy Cleansing, Rejuvenation and Yoga in holistic programs.
1. Vitalization Cleansing: 5 Days Rejuvenation & Yoga
2. Intensive deep Cleansing: 9 Days Rejuvenation & Yoga
There are two universal remedies: Purification and Love.
Both we can live and fulfill in our life with awareness about our body and mind.
Since ancient times, body and mind has been balanced by Yoga, Ayurveda and sensitive, careful cleansing programs for internal detoxification. Together they are good companions and supporters for purity, health, happiness and a loving relationship to ourself and others.
In Yoga we cleanse and purify our mind via mediation, pranayama and physical exercises. Through a variety of selected Asanas, we improve the flexibilty of our body and mind, we strengthen the muscles and joints, we become more aware about our thoughts, our communication and our action. The Asanas refer to our own constitution and individual conditions as well as using and involving all body parts in a gentle way.
Special nutrition programs and diets in combination with detoxification- or colonhydrotherapy support us to cleanse and to detoxify from inside. Everything together results in a holistic cleansing program for body, mind and soul, that we should allow us once a year as a minimum, to stay healthy and in balance.
Especially, when
• the everyday life is challenging us for a long period.
• we often feel tired and exhausted.
• we want to fully recover after extended period of illness or injuries.
• we realize, that we can’t use our full potential of creativity for a long time.
• we feel, that we are fully and totally in our own power.
• that we wish for more clarity, freshness and vitality for our body and mind.
In these situtations, Yoga in the combination with deep inner cleansing and detoxification of the body can help you to find your balance and power again.
Therefore the Yoga Academy offers in cooperation with the Rasayana Retreat in Pattaya two wonderful customized programs of „Vitalization Cleansing“ (5 days) and „Intensive deep Cleansing“ (9 days) - made for Purification and with Love.

Three generations on the mat.
What happen if three generations are doing Yoga together?
Yoga is not only possible and healthy for every age. Yoga can also be a great joy and an unforgettable experience if you do it together with your family. The joy and zest for Yoga is highly contagious ;-). If you are doing Yoga, often your mum or dad is also interested in that and wants to move and relax in the same way. And your child can't sit still and only watch, it wants to try and to feel the own body, too.
Of course, each of them has different needs, physical conditions and possibilities. In Yoga one of the fundamental principle is to consider this individual conditions and needs and to respond on that through different variations of the Asanas. Even if the basic situation and previous experience is different, what all generations united is the wish to do something for the own body, to relax tensed muscles, to improve their strength and flexibility, to find relaxation and finally to experience Yoga.
Have a wonderful experience and time as a family and do Yoga together - in Thailand or at home or any place you come and find a passionate and experienced Yoga teacher in a nice atmosphere.

Look inside. Wonder why. Lost and found your Mind. Go your unique way.
"What, deep in your heart,
do you want to have contributed to the world?"
"What values, principles, or deep sense of purpose
do you want your life to have exemplified?
What you want your life to embody?
What truly gives your life meaning?“
What are your answers? What comes up immediately from your heart? What is your first thought? Wonder why you're here ... Maybe your answer is to inspire people or to uplift others, to touch people's heart, to support others and to do helpful things or to serve, to love, and to give. The practicing of Yoga in your daily life - and that means not only to practice the Asanas, that means to follow and to live the philosophy and the eight limbs of Yoga, to reflect yourself and to make own decisions in your life - helps you to find out why you're here and to live a fulfilled, happy and healthy life. It's all about to know your own soul purpose, your own Dharma. And then, on this basis, make your own choices ...
"Your choices, much more than your circumstance,
determine who and what you are.“
Your soul purpose is like a source from where we rise and from where we think and deal. Are our thoughts and actions in harmony with our inner source, with our soul purpose, we are happy, in balance, we feel free and compensated. Sometimes we loose ourselves and get astray. We notice this through unhappiness, dissatifaction, being rushed and sometimes becoming sick. At this point we should pause, ask ourselves all the questions and listen ... Dharma. What is your purpose in life?
Dharma. Find your purpose in life.
Dharma means finding one’s own purpose on the path to self-realization and is also one of the most important aims in Yoga.
Yoga teaches us ‘to dive into the depth of our soul and to recognize, what we are’ (translated from Krämer 2012, p. 9). Since the beginning of time, humans have been asking themselves “Who am I?”. In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Dharma is ‘the essence that makes an object into what it is‘ (translated from Sutra 3.13, comp. Sriram 2006, p. 171). Dharma is therefore the very own characteristic of each person that makes them unique – one’s own fundamental nature. Dharma gives us security and strengthens the consciousness for one’s own task. Dharma comprises the unique abilities, characteristics and tasks of a person. Through it, we experience identity and our role in life. A strengthened identity motivates us to fulfil our mission. For all kinds of different reasons we might diverge from our true interests and our Dharma over the course of our life. We might have misunderstood, disregarded, forgotten or neglected it. This shakes our identity, diminishes our sense of self-worth, our self-confidence. We have lost the access to ourselves and therefore also to our wishes, talents, desires and visions.
Then, we start feeling that we cannot realize our full potential in certain areas of our lives anymore, such as in private relationships or in our career. We feel lost. We don’t know anymore, what we really want(ed) and yearn for changes in our life.
But how do we find our Dharma? How do we find access to our selves? How do we find our (life-) mission or our very own purpose that gives us back our identity?
“By walking our own path we will find exactly the right gateway that leads us to our inner freedom.” (translated from Iding 2015, p 306) That means, personal inquiring, reflecting, observing, testing, searching, and acting according to the findings is required.
It’s one of the most important and joyful objectives of the Yoga Academy for life and learning to accompany you on your own path to find your Dharma.

Dharma.
