Yoga’s all about the attitude towards life.

Yoga is
an inner attitude and attitude to life,
a philosophy of life that is just as old and new,
a continous, pleasant exercise for body and mind.

Yoga is based
on respect, acceptance and compassion
for every human and every creature of this earth.

Yoga needs and at the same time strengthens
your self responsibility and self love,
your will and your commitment,
your confidence and your openness.

Yoga means
to perseive every moment conscious,
to discover the special in the every day,
to see the magic in each moment,
to stand in the rain and
to enjoy the sunshine.

Yoga brings
you care for your body,
attention to your thoughts,
awareness of your actions.

Yoga includes
purposeful and healthy life and work,
concentration, strenght and flexibility,
development and change,
balance and equanimity.

Yoga aims
to bring light, love and peace
in your life and in the world.

Yoga is not
a panacea against disease, war and loss.
Yoga prevents not the dark moments in your life.
Yoga accompanies you
through difficult times
and offers you strength and confidence, trust and inner peace.

Yoga reveals
your weakness and limitations and
Yoga invites you
to acknowledge this and
to lovingly deal with yourself and others.

Yoga shows
your strengths and gifts and
Yoga encourages you
to accept and to develop them and
to trust in them.

Yoga is showing
you a way for an indiviual and collective
awareness and mindfulness,
non-violence and peace,
health and happiness,
self cognition and attitude towards life.

With in Yoga, you’ll encounter
yourself,
feeling of the others,
the world
with new eyes, but with familier.

In Yoga you learn
to discover yourself and the ancient truths of humanity at the same time.

Nothing with this attitude and this way of life is new,
everything was and has been always there.
in other words, with different names.
The magic is, that here everything merges together and
discovers over and over again or would like to be kept together …
IN LIFE AND IN YOGA.
